Wainscoting is a decorative wall trim that can make a room look very decorative, sophisticated, and elegant. An interesting fact about wainscoting, it has never gone out of style. Wainscoting first dates back to when walls were made of plaster. We use real wood in our wainscoting. Some contractors will use fiberboard, we don’t, because this can bubble or swell over time, especially in the Florida humidity. Real wood will not, it holds its shape and will look elegant for years to come.
